A complete body workout consisting of 3 different types of cardivascular activity.
Cardio Xtrain*
A low impact medium intensity aerobic class.
Barbell Class*
A complete workout using barbells and free weights for muscle toning and endurance. Gets YOU into fastastic shape fast.
Cardio Moves
High energy and impact workout to improve aerobic fitness and the cardiovascular system.
Step/Combat*
Punch, Jab, Hook, Kick the fat away. Fight your way to overall fitness. Equally popular with men and women.
Circuit Class*
A cardio and resistance based class using resistance equipment.
Fix Boxing (Aerobic Room)
Punch, Jab, Hook, Kick! the fat away. Fight your way to overall fitness. Equally popular with men and women is this low impact workout for beginners and advanced alike.
Yoga (Hatha)
A flowing dynamic class using traditional poses and sequences to improve strength and flexibility. Suitable for everyone. (Not included in membership.)
Pilates
A specialized exercise class that improves core stability, abdominal and back strength, flexibility, posture and alignment.
For your safety, please be ready to start the class at the
programmed time. And please remember to bring water and a
towel to all of the classes.
